Privacy Policy
How FrameWork collects, uses, and protects the information you share with the studio.
1. Overview
FrameWork is an independent studio based in the UAE. We respect your privacy and keep the data we hold to the minimum the work requires. This policy explains what we collect when you browse framework.shop, buy from the store, or work with us on a project — and what we do with it.
2. Data we collect
Identity and contact data — your name, email address, and anything you include in an enquiry or project brief. Transaction data — details of the products and services you have purchased from us. Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, gathered automatically as you browse.
3. How we use it
We use your data to deliver what you bought — fulfilling downloads, running Care plans, and delivering commissioned work — to reply to enquiries and provide support, and to understand how the site performs. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our systems; we receive only what is needed to fulfil the order — confirmation of payment and the billing details you provided. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment data.
5. Where your data lives
Account, order, and subscription data is hosted with Supabase on access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to what operating the studio requires. For Website Care clients, site backups are stored securely and used only to restore your site.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies to keep things working — sessions, sign-in, your theme preference — and aggregated analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is never used to identify individuals. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may behave differently.
7. Sharing
We share data only with the providers that run the service — Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting and data, and our email provider for correspondence — and only to the extent each needs it. We never pass your information to advertisers or data brokers.
8. Retention and security
We keep records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterwards only where the law requires it. Data is stored on access-controlled systems and protected against accidental loss or unauthorised access, and we review our security practices as our tooling changes.
9. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a particular use. Write to hello@framework.shop and we will respond within a reasonable period. You can also unsubscribe from any updates at any time.
